Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in 1962. She is an American actress. Her film debut was in the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known for her role in the Brat Pack group of actors. She was also in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy received the Independent Spirit Award Best Female Actress for her part in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Sheedy is an American actor and a writer. Her career in film began in the her early 80s when she was featured as a crime drama actress, Bad Boys. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie that also featured a number of prominent actor Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. Following her success in her first film she was later seen in the 1985 comedy drama The Breakfast Club. John Hughes' film is considered to be one of the greatest high school films of all-time. Despite an budget of just 1 million dollars, the film's revenues exceeded $50 million. When she was working on this, her debut on television took place on CBS Schoolbreak. The show was for teenagers that started airing in April of 1980. The actress also appeared in other television shows like Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. Recent appearances of Sheedy are Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie featuring a hero in which she is a character. Sheedy, for her incredible performance, has won numerous awards.
