Dwayne is currently the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne is driven to train the future generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He has published numerous pieces online and is a co-author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Re-invent Your Life With God's Unchangeable Truth. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne has three kids along together with his wife Leslie.
